Raymond garnered 16 years front-line experience in fund management, debt capital markets and private banking having worked for UOB Asset Management, Citicorp Investment Bank, Union Bank of Switzerland and PT Bhakti Investama, an established listed capital markets institution in Jakarta. In Oct 1998, he joined the executive search industry as a consultant for banking. Raymond has been managing Strategic Associates since it was established on Jan 2001. |

Henry Loh has acquired more than 20 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management at several established corporations including a multinational and as well as in executive search industry. Prior to that, he has several years of work experience in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering. His areas of expertise include aligning strategic plans and budgets particularly the effective integration of HR to business objectives. He also has strong executive search research experience and as a HR Consultant, he has successfully placed many senior executives in operations, management, finance, sales, business development, general management and human resource.
