Approach
To search successfully, we have to fully understand your operations, the specific requirements of the position to be filled, the corporate environment / culture etc.
Service arrangement
We adopt a 2-prong approach to executive search :-
1. Our clients will appoint us either on a
a. Retainer or Exclusive basis or b. Non-Retainer basis for a specific middle to senior level position they want us to fill.
2. We may also selectively present highly qualified professionals on a discreet basis to suitable potential employers who either have a firm position to offer or are seriously prepared to create an opportunity. This is normally done on a Non-Retainer basis.
Interview process
Shortlisted candidates we have identified are interviewed to gain a better understanding of their accomplishments, strengths and weaknesses and expectations etc..
Reference Check
Strategic Associates will normally conduct reference checks on short-listed candidates with referees and former employers who can objectively verify their character and work performance.
Follow -up procedures
In the first few months after the successful placement of a candidate, Strategic Associates will carry out follow-ups with both the candidates and their immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth and successful transition into our client's organization.

To date, we have successfully completed many executive search assignments for both banks, financial institutions and corporates such as established foreign and local banks, government organisations, established listed corporates and multinational corporations.

Terms of our professional services
1. Fee Structure
a. For Retainer or Exclusive assignments, our normal professional fee will be an agreed % based on the successful candidate's annual cash compensation. Under this arrangement, we will set aside time and resources to work on your assignment within an agreed pre-determined time frame e.g. 1 to 2 months Our fee structure will be negotiated with our client prior to commencement of the search assignment. . b. For Non-Retainer assignments, our normal professional fee will be an agreed % on the same basis as above. We will revert to you when we have identified potentially suitable candidates for your kind consideration. Here, our full and final fee will be paid upon successful placement of the candidate.
2. Guarantee
In the event that a candidate, presented by us is accepted by the client, should for any reason whatsoever or leaves the employ of the client within an agreed specified period from the commencement of employment, with the express exception of redundancy, Strategic Associates (S) Pte. Ltd. will to it's best efforts make one replacement at no additional cost. 3. Deferred Hiring by the Client
Should the Client defer a hiring decision and a hire is made within an agreed specified period from the date/s that we present the candidate/s, regardless of the nature of the job, a full professional fee will still be due and payable to Strategic Associates (S) Pte. Ltd. accordingly.
4. Implied acceptance of our services
Use of our service shall indicate acceptance of our above terms.
