as a financial controller. In 1991, he moved into the financial services industry initially as a corporate banker at Bank Bali(now Bank Permata ).
Thereafter, his career in investment banking took off when Hary Tanoesoedibjo ( a prominent business tycoon / founder of MNC Group ) in 1993
personally recruited him as corporate finance director for PT Bhakti Investama ( now MNC Securities ), a listed capital market institution actively involved in debt,
equity fund raising, mergers & acquisition, leveraged buyout, etc. In 1999, he joined Makinta Securities ( now Shinhan Securities Indonesia, part of Shinhan Financial Group)
as the Chief Executive Officer reponsible for the execution of more than 20 initial public offerings, various M&As, bond raisings, private placements, private equity
investment, etc.
Since the acquisition of Makinta Securities by Shinhan Group in 2016, Vincent has played a significant role in promoting its presence in Indonesia as a
commissioner and local partner. Over the past 30 + years, he has established a wide and strong network of personal and business relationships and contacts.
